How are orders on your website handled?
All orders go through the paypal payment system, so they're guaranteed to be secure and safe. You can pay on paypal using your paypal account or using your regular credit or debit card. If you want to pay with a different method, please email me and maybe we can work something out.
Who makes these lovely things?
I do! My name is Emily Sessions, and all technocutie iPod cases are hand made by me in my apartment in New York City.
Will they fit my iPod?
Technocutie iPod cases are designed to snugly fit fourth generation iPods, both 20GB and 40GB.
What are they made of?
The materials are listed with the information for each case, but most are made of acrylic felt and vinyl.
Will my iPod work normally with its cozy on?
Yes, technocutie iPod cases are some of the only iPod cozies available that let you operate the click wheel, see the screen, plug headphones in, lock and unlock your iPod, and evenplug your iPod in to be charged, all with the case still on.
How long will they last?
I've been using my technocutie every day for years now, and it's been holding up great. Because the iPod cases are made of natural fibers, the cases get a little fuzzier over time--I think this adds to the personality of the cases. But if you don't like it, you can "shave" your iPod case lightly with a razor.
If it gets dirty, you can hand wash it with soapy water.
Do your cases work on other MP3 players and earlier iPods?

Will my technocutie look exactly like the picture on the website?
The great thing about technocutie iPod cases is that they're handmade by me! That means there may be slight differences between each one. But if your case doesn't look like what you expected, email me and I'll make arrangements to replace it for you.
Is shipping included in your prices?
No, shipping is not included (but it is quite low). Shipping will be added automatically to your shopping cart when you add a cozy. To see our shippingrates and options, go to our shipping page.
Do you make cases for anything besides ipods?
